All key parameters are independently tested in our own testing center, ensuring the stability and reliability of every product through stringent quality control standards.

To meet the demands of large-scale supply and customization,  Union Tenda has built a fully automated intelligent manufacturing system. The facility features a high-standard cleanroom and integrates automated metering and feeding, large-scale kneading and planetary mixing technologies. Eight fully automated calendering lines operate efficiently, while customized cutting and die-cutting, automated liquid filling, and ceramic laser cutting workshops work collaboratively. It achieves standardized and intelligent production from raw material proportioning to final delivery.
Our product portfolio includes thermal pad, thermal gel, RTV adhesive, thermal grease, potting compounds, thermal absorbing pad,  thermal conductive insulation pad,  ceramic sheet, phase change materials, graphite pad, non-silicone thermal pad, and conductive silicone rubber.
